Service Description

During the 6 months mentorship you will work with me in close contact. A deeply personal journey to restore your mental, physical and emotional health, transform your habits and create a lasting change. The RESET mentorship is my signature 1:1 transformation program, designed for those who are ready to invest in themselves and create a profound, sustainable change. This includes 90 min comprehensive consultation, weekly 60 min private coaching sessions, personalised wellness and nutrition plan, therapeutic fasting protocols (where appropriate), supplement and lifestyle recommendations, ongoing support via messaging between sessions, progress reviews and plan adjustments, practical tools and expert guidance every step of the way.
